Dec 27th Hot Shot Fire Sessions

Moments of the Heart Photography is now offering “Hot Shot Fire Sessions”. By Purchasing this session the purchaser, all participants and all guardians our custodies of the child have read, understand and agree to the following terms
The Child being photographed is mature enough to be photographed responsibly with real fire flames in close proximity. No goofing around or horse play will be tolerated and will terminate the session. Moments of the Heart Photography Company, Property or Assistant(s) with MOTHP in the photo session is not liable for any potential injury or harm to person(s), uniforms, equipments or any other personal properties involved in the session
All parties acknowledge that real fire flames are used in achieving the fire shots that could in the unlikely event cause harm.
By purchasing this session you are doing this behavior at your own risk and all liability to photographer, assistants, properties and anyone involved is not liable under any circumstances.

Sessions are non-refundable or transferable by purchasing this session you have read, agreed to and understand the terms that a refund is not available for any reason and that your payment is valid ONLY for the time and date chosen at checkout. If you would like more images you are welcome to purchase back to back sessions.

If you arrive late it could result in less time being used for your session because we will be using what time you have left from your appointment time.

No Pets or Cakes are allowed to be used in sessions. Clients are welcome to bring their own sports equipment. We do have a baseball, glove, basketball and football on hand that you are welcome to use.

Sessions can be booked after purchasing. Sessions are Non Refundable/ Non Transferable and All sales are final.
